Since 1994, we havebeen manufacturinginjection molds and automation componentsforthefully automated processing of elastomers. Liquid (LSR) and solid (HTV) silicones are processed using RICO molds, but RICO is also an expert in the construction of multi-component molds.
The injection molding tools aredesignedand simulated usingstate-of-the-art CAD systems and manufactured onthe latest-generation machines. We develop unique concepts that incorporate fully automated production using cold runner technology and needle valve systems (up to 160 cavities),reduce cycle times to a minimum, andshorten setup times through the use of master mold concepts. In addition, RICO has developed and patented its own nozzle technology for cold runners.
All manufacturing steps take place in-house at RICO. We even consolidate our expertise in heat treatment within the RICO GROUP through the company HTR GmbH.
You’ll continue to receive excellent support even after delivery. Weoffertool maintenance, spare parts delivery, and support from our service technicians.
With tools from RICO, you can produceparts with minimal burrs and no scrap or rework, allwithinthe tightest tolerances. We would be happy to handle the mass production of your elastomer parts for you.
